Israel Fights For Its Survival While The World Turns A Blind Eye

The world continues to trash Israel for its defensive operations in the Gaza Strip, but you don't hear about Israeli doctors saving the life of a young Palestinian baby or the real threat these rockets pose to southern Israel. What about the Israeli death toll? I have heard almost no mention of it except on BBC America. It is as if the Israeli deaths don't matter.

One thing that needs more attention is the fact that Hamas may be purposely moving civilians into areas that Israel has given advanced warning will be targeted. The truth is the only one who is acting responsible is Israel. Have innocent civilians been killed? I think we can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, yes; that happens in every war. Even Israel is not immune from friendly fire accidents.

The difference is the media and the world will instantly attack Israel for excessive use of force while completely ignoring the reason for the conflict. There would be peace in the Middle East over night if the Palestinians truly wished it. The only one who truly wants peace is Israel and they have lost many lives in pursuit of it. When will the world wake up to the truth that is right before their own eyes?

Our true enemy is Satan and he would like nothing more that to destroy God's people. Many have condemned those who sat by during the holocaust yet they don't realize that the same threat to God's people exists today. Many will not be happy until Israel is wiped from the face of the Earth and every Jew is dead. You cannot not negotiate with any enemy that will not even acknowledge your right to exist.

I pray for the safety of Israel, their armed forces, and all innocence in the area of operation.

8But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.
9Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
10Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Isaiah 41:8-10
